Heidi is a native of Midlothian, where she
attended Midlothian public schools and graduated from Midlothian High
School. Heidi attended Texas Tech University, then the University of
Houston Law Center. While attending law school in Houston, Heidi was a
law clerk for the Hon. Patricia Hancock, Judge of the 113th Judicial
District Court in Harris County.
After graduating from law school, Heidi began
her legal career in Ellis County. Heidi's practice is primarily a
transactional practice focusing on real estate law, business entity
formations and transactions, estate planning and probate, guardianship,
debt collection and creditor rights, and banking law. Heidi has
significant experience in real estate closings and document preparation,
including preparation of secured lending instruments.
Heidi is active in her community, and she
devotes a significant amount of time to several local charitable
organizations.
