He's a 1996 graduate of the University of Texas School of Law in Austin, and a member of the Texas Association of Bank Counsel.
Partner Jason Willett has maintained an active civil trial practice in Waxahachie for over 12 years, handling a wide variety of cases ranging from serious personal injuries to complex business and employment issues. He also maintains an active family law caseload.
Senior associate Heather Ellyson Kraft, also a Waxahachie native, graduated from Texas Tech 
University School of Law in 2000, and spent the first five years of her career in a fast-paced Dallas litigation practice before joining our firm. She currently concentrates on real estate and commercial litigation.
